Eligibility
No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing a timeshare.
You must meet certain eligibility requirements and attend a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion.
If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort,
or hotel at that time, will be charged to your credit card.
Minimum financial qualifications: Offer limited to individuals over 25 years old with a household income of $50,000 USD
(the combined income of unmarried persons living together can be used to determine "household" income if you are co-habiting and your driver's license addresses match),
gainfully employed or retired with sufficient income, creditworthy and possess a major credit card (no debit or check cards).
You (and spouse, if married) must present personal identification such as a driver's license or government photo identification and a major credit card at time of sales presentation.
Offer valid one per family, couple or partnership only.
No groups, consisting of more than one couple, family, or partnership traveling together, permitted.
Guests are asked to speak, read, and write, English.
Current Owners, Parkside & Landmark employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
If married, co-habiting, or in a domestic partnership couples must attend the sales presentation together; individuals may purchase Timeshare separately.
Accommodation Details
Reservations are on a space available basis. Savings and available accommodations may vary at any time.
Accommodations will be at a participating hotel based on 2-4 adults.
Retail value of accommodations: $69-$189/night.
Upgrades may be available at an additional cost.
If accommodations are not available at one of four premier partner hotels, comparable accommodations may be offered without notice.
Transportation, taxes, meals, and any other incidental charges are your sole responsibility and are not included in this special offer.
There will be an additional charge of $99 for holiday arrivals.
Written confirmation required to check-in (Confirmation Letter).
All premiums and gifts offered will be issued after the Discovery Tour is completed.
Reservations
Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required prior to check-in.
This package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
As a courtesy you may reschedule one time without penalty.
Any change or cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in will incur a fee of $99.
This fee also applies to a no-show on scheduled arrival date.
In the event you do not attend the full presentation or fail to meet the eligibility requirements at the time of your tour,
the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate at that time or retail value of accommodations will be charged to your credit card.
Purpose of Promotion
Promotions requiring attendance at a sales presentation are for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership.
Offer not valid with any other promotional offer, and may expire at any time.
